Find out what we’ve been working on for you this term!
As we come to the end of term 2, we wanted to tell you about some of the priorities your Guild Officers and staff have been working on, to improve your Exeter experience.
Here are just some of our highlights!
- We held a student-led, 4-day Cultural Festival from 20-24 March full of global food, music, and culture.
- Alex and Pip have been instrumental in setting up the new Community Fridge next to the Forum Library! Next up: St Luke’s.
- Pip held a second Feed Your Flat event on St Luke’s, handing out packs to feed 1000 students.
- Pip and Mia are working on a student cookbook with recipes, tips and more!
- Emma is working with the University to make sure the £2 meal is here to stay!
- Rhys and the other Officers are busy creating our events schedule for Welcome 2024.
- Alex has been lobbying the University so that students don’t have to pay for books in reading lists.
What else could we be doing to make your time at Exeter the best it could be? Tell us your thoughts in our survey, and get the chance to win some great prizes too!
